Docex360 and WatchGuard: Delivering Robust Security to Support Drainline’s Expanding Infrastructure Operations
Drainline, a rapidly growing highways utilities company, needed to strengthen its cybersecurity as the company expanded. Recognising the need for further protection, Docex360 replaced Drainline’s previous endpoint security system with WatchGuard’s EPDR (Endpoint Protection Detection and Response), offering advanced protection against zero-day threats. The shift to WatchGuard’s EPDR, which replaced Drainline’s previous endpoint solution, has provided advanced protection against zero-day threats, further bolstering security for their remote workforce. Ben Hall from Docex360 emphasised the importance of this upgrade: “We wanted to leverage EDR technology to prevent those zero-day threats. The transition has strengthened Drainline’s defences and helped ensure their systems are always protected.”
